If I need to call after hours, HE is the one who calls me back. He was out of town one week and I had to call after hours. I thought for sure that another doctor from the practice would call me. Nope! It was Dr. Max. He listens and is very direct in his communication tempered with a good natured temperament. He strikes me as someone who isn't just nice; he's kind. I trust very slowly and yet I trusted him right away. I absolutely know that my trust is well-placed.
