Clinicians Who Care

Hands down I love this doctor. He is not my doctor but my mother's. She has a brain aneurysm that Dr Kale has taken care of. She had a complication after surgery and I got to see how he worked with the medical team in the recovery floor at the hospital. He treated the nurses as equals. They later told me they all loved working with him. He had already left the hospital, but came back to supervise her care personally. He could have left it to the staff doctor at the hospital. She had another procedure 2 days later (this stay uncovered a different issue we didn't know she had). He went to the doc doing the new procedure to get him to check on the arterial bleed she had a couple days earlier. Then he came and personally gave me an update on that AND what the other surgeon had told him about her new procedure. He truly cares for his patients. Her complication was a known risk but he and his staff did everything they could to deal with it in the moment. I have never witnessed a doctor who was there 100% during a crisis. Even trying to help comfort my mom. I truly believe she's alive today due to him and the staff he works with.
