I made the mistake of telling most of my psychs that I thought I had ADHD. I was wrongfully medicated for bipolar for three years because I “couldn't possibly have figured out what was wrong with myself”. Dr. Graff listened, did extensive tests, and eventually told me that I was painfully ADHD. I’ve been living the life I was meant to ever since.
