Unbelievably kind, warm, and receptive. Saved both of my children’s lives after I came to her for high risk OB care (I had a still born at 38 weeks when I had seen another Dr who was dismissive and ultimately killed my first baby. Dr. Bienstock made sure that my two babies were delivered alive. My first son had the cord wrapped around his neck during delivery. I had an emergency c section with my last child as my cord prolapsed and she was there holding the cord to make sure the baby didn’t lose oxygen all the way to the OR. I had her personal number and she helped me order tests years later when I didn’t have a regular gyn related to breast cancer diagnosis. She is always immediately responsive. I can’t thank her enough.
