Chronic PainListens & Believes PatientsDr. Andrea Williams was my third point of contact before getting diagnosed with my disability, no one in the ER would help me with my symptoms, I couldn’t even walk but that didn’t matter. I didn’t have a Primary Care Doctor yet, so when I went to the Urgent Care she was so understanding, she took me seriously, she provided medicine and treated me and refilled my meds for months while I was waiting for my Primary Care Doctor’s appointment. She was the one who could stop my pain before surgery and I’ll always be grateful for her, she really did listen and provided.
