Dr. Szela was the only provider out of 10 that I saw that actually listened to me about my pain and endometriosis. I was never confirmed on an ultrasound, but he still listened and performed a hysterectomy for me and the surgery confirmed endometriosis. I was told for years I didn’t have it, I was requesting surgery as a form of birth control, I’m too young for a hysterectomy but Dr. Szela listened and I have been essentially pain free from endometriosis since 2020.
