Dr. Frank was the only doctor to listen. I walked in with a binder of previous medical history, treatments that already tried and failed, and a detailed pain list. I was prepared to be quizzed on all of it, constantly ready to not be believed. He took one look at my binder, genuinely apologized for the pain that I was in, and immediately scheduled a procedure. He is my hero. Everyone deserves a Dr. Frank.
