My endo had decided to go into another field one day and the VA had not idea. All of a sudden I was told I had to drive 6 hours to another state for my type 1 diabetes I had gotten in service. I went into DKA about 9 times since diagnosis back in 2013. Dr. Langton took my in, and has never once judged me. Has never made me feel like I’m messing up. It’s hard with PCOS, Hashimotos, and type 1 to lose weight and she understands that and works with me diligently to make sure I have what I need. She is a true gem.
