I struggled with period pain and infertility. Dr. Mayo listened to me and didn’t hesitate to offer a laparoscopy to check for endometriosis and chromotubation to check my fallopian tubes and open them up from any potential blockages to increase my chances of conceiving. She created a post surgical plan with me after she removed the endometriosis to follow up in 6 months to see if removing the endometriosis allowed me to conceive. When I still hadn’t conceive in 6 months she referred me to a fertility specialist right away and then treated me with the best care after undergoing IVF. She delivered my daughter via urgent c-section (I have the most delicate, fine lines scar - she did an incredible job closing me up!). She’s an incredible doctor and advocate for her patients!
